Well, some of the posted examples, aren't really examples of the Beaux Arts style (the thread opener meant this style, right?) or french Classicism.

Actually the purpose of the thread wa to view examples of French influence around the world; in Algeria, this is more than a French influence, this is French architecture. These algerian cities look pretty much like any typical French city, in pure Haussmanian style, being built by the French who were living here.
