They are taking ages to complete a single station, then my son would go to college (turning 1 yr next month) before they complete whole project (13 or more stations, as they claim) and claim it livable.

[QUOTE=kailash9999;92580193]Construction Report via Aliens Website: http://www.aliensgroup.in/images/ss1...ite-update.pdf
![]() ohhh.. man .. now waht that's a real international style highrise with world class apartment as oppose to the Indian style residential highrises from the likes of brigade and prestige in bangalore. this is turning out to be as good as the renders. Along with lanco's Hyderabad is getting some of the best residential towers in all of India. |

Very very ambitious project indeed, almost 83 towers with 14 blocks of 30 Floors each. The developers are trying hard to run the show even with snails pace construction activity, hopefully with fresh investments, the project speeds up now, next two years will be critical for the project. Also Cladding for the station 14 should begin soon.

Though there is one crane working on the top tower during the night, there are at least 4 big cranes at the construction site, looks like they have paced up the work.

120 m ? Damn, that is a floor-floor height of 4 m for a Residential Tower, Hyderabadi's do love high ceilings.
Looks like work on this is finally running on full steam, much to the relief of the customers. Here is a map which shows how the blocks will be aligned in a S Shape.

Thanks for sharing Rocky
![]() Very heartening to know that they haven't skimped on specifications like the use of glass inspite of delaying the project and selling their project at a very low price considering the quality of the project. Once they start delivering some flats, people will probably show more interest in the project. |
