Thanks for the update.

Do you have a picture of the construction data? They usually display it outside the construction site with a rendering.

@CULWULLA
That's nothing strange, if you are in Canada, Russia or northern United States. We have not less 3 months in year, when temperature is negative.
But today +8 and cloudy. Snow almost melt and I hope it don't dropped again this spring.

they must be able to do construction despite snow. in moscow you can get snow from october to april - that's 7 months/year. moscow is the coldest capital in europe (even reykjavik is "warmer" in winter. it's 2 degrees there right now, while in central europe you have already 20 degrees

but sometimes snow droped in november and april
and very rarely (only every 4-6 year) in october.

hotest months is may and july when middle temperature not less 30 degrees

well, moscow is a city of extremes: the winters can be quite cold and long, but summers can get quite hot aswell. that's the advantage or disadvante of having a continental climate

Middle temperature of winter in Moscow is around -7 degress by Celsius of course.
But every 6th or 7th year winter is very cold, when middle temp. drop to -20 or -25.

Last year temp of winter was almost -28!!!! and without spring in last days of April winter dramatically changed to summer. In 5 days temperature changed from negative to almost 30 degrees.

But this winter is very hot (if compare to middle) with middle temp. around -2. Today +8, next week will reach +12.

I think around year. At least. See, Moscow situated on very washy ground, so here need for very deep foundation. I think on Complex Federation it will be at least 100 meters deep and on Russia Tower at least 160 meters.

I know 130 meters 35 storeys Olympia 2 in Moscow has 36 meters deep foundation, 176 meters 43 storeys Edelweiss has 50 meters deep foundation.
