No I didn't use a flash. I don't know what the terms are called to be honest. I just used a much slower shutter speed to allow as much light into the lense as possible (I think that's right)
What camera do you have Rumours? On mine I used the A setting, which stands for aperture. Also, add me on flickr, you have pro now don't you?

You've got some great photos there, but you should really correct the perspective on the first few building photos, it just looks odd!

In what way does it look odd? The Sigma 10-20mm lens distort the perspective by exaggerating it. You'll find that with nearly all shots from that lens.

I love the one with the seats, that's right up my street. I'd put that on my wall! And the long exposure on the canal is fantastic too. Great stuff. I've been thinking about a 10-20mm for a while now. Just blown my piggy bank on a GRDII though, so will have to wait. Quote:
Lots of brilliant stuff on this thread, thanks for sharing everyone. |

Yeh I think they look really nice. They can be a bit of a pain in the arse to photograph though, especially if the sun is shining through.

Sorry I didn't mean to sound rude, it just appears that the second building bows rather than just has a wide angle.
