Ok, then you mean ET423 the S-Bahn carriages used in Munich, Stuttgart, Rhein-Main (Frankfurt) and Cologne.

ET 425.2 and 425.15 are S-Bahn variants, technically.

The ET422 is basically just a redesigned ET423. Changes include the modified fronts, redesign of brakes, new electronics outfit, somewhat modified safety equipment.

ET423 and ET425 are not related, even if they look near-identical at a cursory glance.

Schwebebahn in Wuppertal is probably the coolest metro-line in the whole Europe!

Mühlheim near Offenbach? Of course not, that's a town of less than 30,000 ppl. And that's about 200 km from the Rhine-Ruhr area...

Mülheim on the Ruhr, which you might mean, has a tram system. Two internal lines plus another three lines across the city borders (to Oberhausen, Essen and Duisburg), as well as the U18 Stadtbahn to Essen.

I know three Mülheims in Germany:

1) Mülheim am Main near Frankfurt/Main.

2) Mülheim an der Ruhr in the Ruhr area.

3) Köln-Mülheim, a district of Cologne.
