There isn't much information and activity happening around here, kind of premature to have an individual thread like this. Please be advised that Meja Group [3F|com] Dumaguete City is merged to Dumaguete Projects and Construction, for the time being. It will have its own thread when the time is right, but still subject for approval from the mods.

New China Bank building near Du Ek Sam is almost done also. Is it a new brank or they will just relocate there?

yes i dont surf this site much, but i am not talking about a thread for dumaguete,.. i am talking about a dedicated forum nga dgte ra... here i tested: http://dumagueteclassifieds.com/forums THere are spams because i havnt done anti-spams yet on there..

ang advantage ana is dli gubot, puro ra dumaguete,,, puede butangan category about developments, sports, bikers, night life, etc....

This is the architect's (JR Santos) persperctive of our dream hospital! The Negros Doctors' Specialty Hospital! Hopefully this dream will come true soon! It will be a terciary hospital to be constructed along the Provincial Highway in Sibulan, Negros Oriental. This hospital is owned and operated by a group of Doctors, professionals and businessmen, who formed a cooperative for this sole purpose! In God's time and will, we will be able to fulfill this dream hospital!

I think so AYALA or SM would invest at this time in Dumaguete. The city is not ready on this projects. At saka medyo hindi marami ang tau dyan province like parin ang lifestyle dyan.

well hindi naman masamang mangarap siguro sa 2030 pa may maitayo dyan na SM or Ayala...Kasi nakapunta ako dyan and this city is not ready on this big project. Multiply naman mga tau dyan.
