I reckon the whole thing within the year and the exteriors within the 1st half. These guys are fast by local standards.

does owning a condo post risk on the event an earthquake destroys it and your developer does not pay you back?

extremely unlikely scenario. earthquakes usually destroy smaller buildings more easily. there is not a single skyscraper over 150m that was ever destroyed by an earthquake or even demolished afterwards because of structural damage as far as i know. Fire and Storms have damaged skyscrapers far more severely and even then, the buildings only get demolished if the damage is greater than the usage of the building and that only happens with buildings much shorter and older than this one.

It's technically 79 floors because each residential floor is bi/split level; each condo unit is like a two-storey house.

This is a tall tower... but inwished they had made the corporate tower portion to be a bit taller... maybe two more of that chunk or even to the same height... i guess it has its own set of elevators...
