Shape and massing wise it looks great. Will be interesting to see what the cladding is gonna be.
Tis a pity that the hideous Immigration office building next to it isn't biting the dust too

Excellent ... now, why aren't the plans for nearby Elizabeth House up to this standard ...

Nihil. Did you get an info on the development? Timeframes etc?
Theres pretty much going to be at least 5 solid years of construction in the immediate area what with LBT, Thameslink improvements/ new viaduct, new LB Station, this tower and the three houses project (possibly). Its nice to see LBT is setting a benchmark for architecture in the immediate area. |

Sorry - I didn't ask about the timeframes for the development. There were a few more renders on display and information about sustainability, etc. that will apparently be available online "soon". I put my name down for further info, so I'll share anything that comes to light.

Can someone show exactly where this is located? hope the cladding is good, I would suspect it's a metal cladding system.

Bit of a shame the groovy side isn't facing north, be nice to see this side from the river. I like it though. I could see a taller refined version going very well in the City actually.

Well that street definately needs some lifting the roads pretty grotty and depressing, the cluster including the three houses is going to be quiet amazing.

Looks fantastic, and yes, a taller more slender verison would look great in the City cluster. What the hell's up with that ridiculous Skyscrapernews article btw?

Haha, yeah I did... sorry, my bad! Your articles are always good and informative so was somewhat puzzled to say the least! Never even crossed my late night mind that someone had gone to the effort of making a spoof lol
