Mais ce qui est sur, et quoi que l'on dise, les Congolais sont entrain de se reveiller et demain, Dieu aidant le Congo sera une puissance.

What do you think 52 miilions for Blvd Lumumba. To me , it doesn't make sense at all. Electricity and clean water is a major problems in many cities and towns (Kalemie, Mbuji Mayi, Kikwit , Mbandaka etc..) With limited , available fund should be use in projects that will impact large population.

PS. Is true that kagame is sending troops again to help FARDC ... I read it ... Again , big mistake.

I don't like this one this time.

But Kagame's troopss are not in, He just proposed. ( I don't like it at all)

However, The $58 million thing, i would have prefered that they use for Wtaer in Butembo, Mbuji-Mayi and Bukavu. These cities are very strategic, ( though every ity is very important). That have very Business minded people and are big cities that do generate way more money.

But don't forget tha Kelemie's Hydro power, which is 100kms from Kalemie, the road is so f***ckeed up. they must rebuild the Road before they rebuild the Dam. But it's already under plan of rehabilitation.

Secondly, Butembo is supposed to have it own Hydro power plant built on Semiliki river( also under plan)

Mbanda supposed to have it electricity from Inga-Shaba line extention. Kwikit
is waiting for the constrcutio of the Dam that is to be built by India in Bandundu Province.

Mbuji-Mayi supposed to have electricity from the Kassai Occidental Dam or from Inga Shaba extention line( but it doesn' have enough for Mbuji-Mayi yet, right now they are U/C).

Butt you are right about Water. I would have preffered The Cities you mentioned to get water instead of the Boulevard Lumumba.

City's take priority, with regard joint operations the President played down criticisms at home and abroad responding ‘In a movement among the peers, whenever strategic options are raised, it may take time for others to understand, whereas others act in bad faith to disrupt joint efforts'.

I understand. But Cinsider the fact that Mbuji-Mayi, Butembo are the most Business minded cities in the country and Have water nightmares. It's not an ambitious decision.

I know how dificult is to be Congo's president or any country's. Presidents get criticism no matter how better they perform.

I know how it's easy for us to criticise. since we don't have any responsability as they do.
