Best 2nd Tier European Skyline

I think its safe to say these cities have by far the most reknowned and favoured skylines in Europe as we speak ...

Frankfurt
Paris
London
Warsaw
Istanbul
Rotterdam
Moscow
Madrid
Barcelona
Bennidorm

but which city outside these have the best chance to break into the top tier?

For the Netherlands;

Amsterdam
(Since Amsterdam has a few clusters of buildings, because of the historic center, I'll post a few pictures)

People tend to overload the threads with pictures off thier own so I thought it'll be easier done that way. Monaco would be on there but it has limited development growth in my oppinion. Still it would be a fair shout. As would be Amsterdam.

You can see Birminghams financial district growing in the background. 3 more towers are due to go up over in that back left hand corner including 137m, 118m and 84m blocks, plus the dark block in the middle is due to get replace by something 60m taller if it go's ahead after the news about British Land's collapse.

Westside Cluster. Some huge towers going up here soon hopefully

All 3 could definately be included. If I can expand it to 15 I will add them. Leeds has alot going for it believe it or not. Although in the middle of a crunch its skyline is still growing and they have some huge plans.

Oh and Valencia ...

They have approved a

308m
266m
220m
120m
114m
2x 113m and a
100m tower

While also recently constructing a 117m and a 115m and numerous 80-100m blocks.

Cities like Birmingham and Liverpool should be here, and not in the best eu skylines thread.

Won't vote for anyone as list at the top is too weak, there are much better skylines in Eurpore than places listed above.

I'll vote for The Hague why?

No not because it's in my own country but

- The infrastructure in the city is awesome, railways etc throuhg buidlings
- Very urban
- Dense, it's realy dense, towers are u/c next to others

Towers in the last 2 pictures are u/c, so actually already part of the skyline

But even in Ukraine, Kyiv is not the best place in terms of skyline, it's Dnipropetrovsk:
