Most houses of 4 or 5 bedrooms in Glenelg will set you back $1-$1.5 million, if not more, and most of the apartments will cost at least $500k, even the 1 bedroom apartments are $300k.

Vey nice. The trees on the pieces of land that spike out into the harbour really make a difference to how it looks.
The harbour looks quite busy.
Also, I never realised that there was such an extensive skyline on the opposite side of the harbour to the CBD.

I have lived on the Sunshine Coast for many years. My opinion still remains that I think Alexandra headlands and Mooloolaba are nicer than Noosa.

Except for Noosa and Pelican waters, they look very unattractive to me. Every time I have been to Noosa it seemed very uneventful.

Wow, Noosa's being discussed! Yer lots of people hate Noosa, I guess they feel uncomfortable cos Noosa locals can be very snobby and are militant anti-bogans.

Jafa, I'm from Noosa too

Alexandra Headlands, Maroochydore and Mooloolaba are tacky IMO.
Caloundra and Coolum Beach are much nicer than those three places.

Noosa has some nice spots but also some pretty tacky ones. Even before Noosa Civic was built, Noosa Junction was falling into decline. Now it's just eww
