Certainly doesn't look bad...though i think that the spire is a little bit out of place and too tall, otherwise very nice design I like it, Milan is really developing fast, it is almost T/O and I haven't heard about this tower until now !

The tower is really far from topping out. Maybe u are confusing it with other towers that can be seen in the pictures above.

Dear xip I think u are quite wrong..lots of projects are u/c in milan and u should get known of 'em before saying bullshit.
Anyway i think the tower we are issuin about is gonna be awesome and perfectly capable of representing milan's lead role in any fashion field, both clothes and construction's one.

Capital of fashion doesn't mean you need taller buildings. Also, comparing Milan to Moscow or Beijing is like comparing a cat to a lion. Moscow and Beijing are capitals of huge countries and are big metropolises.

Milan is doing very well. In my opinion with a much better taste of the cities you mentioned. Milan doesn't need to act as an "American wannabe" to show that it is the capital of fashion. Milan is one of the few European cities that is building skyscrapers and highrises right in the center of the city without affecting it's histosy and it's elegance, and olso improving it's face.

I know, it's not small. I'm just saying that you can't compare it to those big cities when you're talking about size. Anyway, let's stay with the tower

Do you know that Milan is considered the 4th metropolitan area
of continental Europe (5th considering Moscow) after Paris, London
and Ruhr-Renania, with a total population of 6,6 Million people in
the metropolitan city? Milan is really undervalued

Anyway back on topic, this is the situation of the whole area of
Garibaldi-Republica right now DEC 2009
