very nice design but i think that the spire is very tall, u shoulkd made the building taller and the spire shorter

I can't really appreciate this design, spire is almost as high as the building itself.

i think its shape comes directly from burij dubai and most of coruscant towers' design,thus i wouldn't say it's not appreciable,you can just say you don't like it as a building itself, i personally believe the spire is just perfect and fits in very well!

Does the spire have any facilities in it that are situated above the building's top floor leve? Like a restaurant or a observation deck?
