very nice design but i think that the spire is very tall, u shoulkd made the building taller and the spire shorter

I really like the proprortions of the main tower.. I don't think they should be changed.

Starting to look really impressive. The re-cladding/restyle on Garribaldi looks amazing and fits in well too.

I can't really appreciate this design, spire is almost as high as the building itself.

Does the spire have any facilities in it that are situated above the building's top floor leve? Like a restaurant or a observation deck?
