I gave it a 3 or less. If there was a minus 4, I would have picked that. It's boring. An enlarged, 70's-80's piece of architecture monstrosity. It lacks character and visual engagement. The only reason why it's getting noticed is b/c the name and the height.

some great photos here- the first picture looks like the windows have been smashed from the reflections of the building parellel but love it!

8.5, its a great building and i absolutely love it but the the location lets it down, i just don't like downtown chicago, i think it should be next to a beach away from buildings taller than it, i think it deserves to dominate the skyline

Like almost every Trump creation, it's ungainly and unwelcoming. It's cladding belongs in a 1977 roadside office park. But it gets good marks for its height and setbacks. 6.5
