Chicago Spire - The Search is On
STR's model of Chicago Spire.
I've struggled to find this one on the net and don't seem to have it on my hard drive. Does anyone have the original files tucked away on their hard drive? If so, let us know on this forum and post it if you can. There's a good few looking for this one!

quanghuynhchung provided us with useful info, but the drawing of the plans don't make much sense. I guess we need to find another solution. I am busy with my Tokyo models for now. And after all, it will be the only model of non existent supertall, with no certain info about the final design, if it id going to be one that is...

Ohjingoh
Many thanks - you are a hero!. ![]() ![]() ![]() And no need to apologise for the delay. It was well worth the wait. It looks a tricky one to make though! I was beginning to think that one had been lost for good. I was puzzled that I didn't have it on my hard drive, as I normally store a lot of these away for future build. I'm going to make sure i've got a copy of all of the available models stored away from each website just in case. I'll move the spire reference from STR's list and add it to yours. Thanks again.

I'm very shy with compliments..hehe~ I'm really happy that all of you can enjoy this great model. I didn't know it was unavailable in STR's homepage untill I saw this thread. luckly I had this model in my hard disc and also was uploaded in one of Korean papermodel site.
thank you again for your compliments, and as soon as final exam is over, I'll start to make the skyscraper models in Korea!!

well, except for the Chicago Spire, all the other models are same with which are in STR's homepage. and eventhough his models are free, I think it's not right to post his models without his pemission.
