Strategically located, Dempo is only 10 minutes from Senayan City/Sudirman CBD. Tranquil and worry-free, the neighborhood, allows its residents both young and old to run and bike along its streets. Absence of businesses, schools and places of worships makes Dempo serene at all times.

In most Jakarta housing estates, salons, restaurants and cafes are rife thereby
disturbing their residents in some cases.
