More or less says, that 300.000 rich moroccan tourists (of 9.5 million visitors)visit the costa del sol looking for good hotels, spa, a bit of luxury, and the owners of the hotels/etc want more of these rich moroccans to go there to catch more money.
It also says that there's a new air route between Málaga and Casablanca

Not rich moroccans. The majority of the moroccans who goes on vacation to Costa del Sol are middle class. I use to go there with my family every summer (Fuengirola) in 3 or 4 stars hotels and I'm middle class. There are also some rich moroccans But in general Rich moroccans goes to Monaco, USA and other stuff...

But maybe, you think there is no middle class in morocco like many spanish think, so maybe this is for you

I go every summer to la Costa del Sol, I'm not rich at all! I'm so poor!
We have more luxury here in Morocco than la Costa del Sol, the only luxurious place there is Marbella! ;) No 5 stars hotel in Malaga and Torrémolinos, no designer shops...! ;)
