i enquired, all the flats hv been booked at an estimated average cost of 22000psf.....thats high for wadala i guess!!
they r gonna start 2nd tower soon at thye same spring mills complex...the entire complex will b residential... commercial tower, hotel nd mall will be coming up at the land at elphinstone road which houses hard rock cafe.... |

I thought there was going to be something more at the site. Because there is lots of space still in the complex.
