City View @ Mekhri circle is being going on with full swing. By November end ppl can see passing in buses the 5th floor being constructed.

City view is using both Moulds and conventional way of rising the Pillars and then constructing the walls. But here as well no Bricks/Hollow blocks are being used.

RMZ Galleria @ yelahanka is second. RMZ is using Moulds to construct walls of the house.
By pouring thin layer of concrete. Instead of Bricks/Hollow blocks. In that case we can see flats getting completed in each floor as they rise.

Conventionally, Builders used to first rise building using pillars till they reached 25-30 floors. Then they used to construct walls and other things.

If this is the case then , we might even see cement Blocks available in North Karnataka and AP also getting depleting very fast.

The Betta Halasuru from where we get jelly and other stone related materials is almost 3/4 extracted. The remaining 1/4 till Ground level may be get over by 2030.

Godrej platnium and RMZ Latitude are still Lagging.
