It's not quite clear from the pictures where is the highrise part. Could someone clarify if the skyscraper part is already U/C?
A great design nonetheless. Looking forward to this getting built. Bangkok needs a landmark supertall and Baiyoke Tower was not suitable for that at all, IMO.
