There's been a huge surge in sales of 'The Ritz Carlton Residences' so I think construction should be very quick.

An overview of the covered main construction site, to make sure the last phase of concrete pouring will proceed smoothly.

Workers are handling the last 2 reinforcing layers and the concrete funnels (the blue pipes) are placed in position ready to pour the concrete in.

Looking up from the terrace on the 2nd floor of the CUBE, the installation of glass façade is well progressed, and will be finished by the end of this month.

I love this building, the crumbling look, just can't beleive it's being built in Bangkok of all Major cities, expected to see something like this in Dubai or Hong Kong, or even NY.

It does belong in NY, doesn't it? Hmm, I guess that would explain why it looks like 56 LEONARD STREET IN TRIBECA! Actually, it looks more like 56 Leonard hugging its mommy. Did this architect copy 56 Leonard Street or did Leonard copy this?

Those two designs should have switched location. I always thought this would look better in NYC, and 53 Leonard in Asia somewhere.

Well, I think it's perfect the way it is. The "blocks" wrapped around this building are an example of Banbok Architecture, while Leonard shows shows how NY is moving with the times.
