Should be the Parisian site bought by OUE. Think they bought for $1700+ psf ppr so breakeven for launch will be about $2100-2200 PSF.
These upcoming launches will be interesting. Think some people buying in Ardmore area now because they feel prices will increase later this year when developers try their luck with some expensive launches. Simon Cheong still has Ardmore site, plus Marina Bay Suites in CBD, and any others that must test $2.5-$3k psf to make money.
If developers smart, will capitalize on overseas launch first. Now that positive market press is out, can generate interest with those HK and Indo buyers. Then come back to Singapore and announce good sales take up
wow! in this case, i don't think they are going to launch this project any time soon, $2k+ market is still pretty cold right now. but the design is pretty hot. by the way, what do you think about Botanika?
