what happened than to the ait iznassen did they move to algeria ?

I don't know what to answer because I'm half jebli half riffain also jebala live in the Rif mountais so I guess I am probably riffain

No and yes, some of them could be in algeria like Maghnia an Tlemcen!! Yes The Ait Iznassen is the native population of that area but they are a small minority now.

Jbalas are also Riffans and Neither Tetouan nor Chaouen are culturally Jebalas (both andalussi)

Berkane (located within Beni-snassen) and Saidia are not part of the Rif but Cap-de-l’eau which is about 30km form Berkane is considered part of the Rif region. Beni-snasen Mountain is a separate mountain chain form the Rif and Atlas mountains. I believe the Beni-snassen extends a bit into Algeria. I think the Moulouya river is considered the separation point from Rif and Beni-snassen.

Tanger en Tetouan are also Rif, but arabized. In 1678 Rifains tribes (Ait Temsaman, Ait Waryagher, Ibituyen en Iqaräyen) attacked Tanger en liberated the city from the British and the Portuguese. Untill 1900 they spoke mostly the Rif language in Tanger. You have still a lot of names and people with names from Nador and Alhoceima.
