It's unfortunate that almost every recent project in River North west of Clark has been in the twenty story range.

Video with the architect, developers

Joe Askins, our editor, attended the topping off ceremony and shot this video standing outside with the developers and Hartshorne Plunkard's Paul Alessandro talking, primarily, about the changes from the original plan (condos) to the current one (rentals).

There's more from the topping off in this video.
