Now, the next decade (2011-2020) is crucial. The rate of growth must improve even more.

Thanks Arul.

Kannan Sir, you have to enable the button on Google Earth which looks like a stopwatch (on the top bar). This activates a slider on the upper-left corner, where you can toggle the date/year. Imagery for the US is available from the 1970s too, for Chennai it's 2000.
