First of all they only built part of, what they call 'groundscraper' witch is 106m tall and there is no sign of any preparation for the rest of the building or the tower. This first part is already completed and apartments are up for sale for 16000 元per sq m (link) or rent for 238元 a day (link)

And second... the tower is not 200m, but 194m
