It has been rumored that a 6 star hotel is to be constructed near the Performing Arts Center. Anyone with more info. on this?
Also, any new news on Broadgate, or the Salvatori site? |

The National Performing Center for the Arts in Port of Spain will be an impressive building when completed.

The original expected finish was initially going to be in September of 2009. But as commissioners from the Construction Enquiry visited the site and put it under the microscope, the developers in fact brought the project completion date ahead of schedule to August 09. The chairman of the Commision of Enquiry, professor John Uff actually said he was quite pleased with the state of developments, and the hasty and efficient construction, however as for other projects he has a few choice questions for them oops' Regardless T&T Movin'

Just in case, the Puerto Rico Convention Center is aprox. 150,000 ft bigger, but still as I said waaaaay before in other thread the Port Of Spain National Academy for the Perfoming Arts building looks amazing just like the one being build at San Fernando.
