extra information: This building was the tallest in peru at the time of completion. It has 22 floors and was built in 1954-1956. It used to be the department of education. Since 2000 ?? it became the Supreme Court....... I dont know who designed it.

Regularmente este tipo de arquitecturo pseudo-internacional no es mi favorita, pero este edificio tiene su lado bueno, esas dos estructuras que flanquean la fachada de el edificio le dan bastante caracter, aunque suponfo que todo depende de que angulo lo estas viendo 7.5

i like this one, it has personlity in some ways, its facade is very interesting and old, the only problem is that ugly-butt house adjacent to the building, is extremely disgusting, then.....the building is okay, 7/10
