Thank you Hanzie. Your words really cheers me up

And apologies for my late. I found some errors and fixed, and had to re-build them.
I will post them first thing in the morning tomorrow with detail photos. Have a nice weekend and see you tomorrow

Yeoksam Station, Gangnam

I only planed to make GS Tower, but I wanted to make GS Tower with GFC. So I made the whole station area with highrises.

GS Tower was formaly called LG Tower, but when they splitted LG and GS, GS got the building and changed it's name to GS Tower. (LG was actually two seperate company which was Lucky and Gum-sung Goldstar. They united their companies in late 80's.)

LG Arts Center is a theater owned by LG group. Palys, musicals and operas are held.

ING Tower(now Si Tower) and Aju Building are plain office buildings which is owned by ING Group and Aju Group each.

So enough talking and here's your model.

I didn't make the instruction, however I took some detailed photos while asembling each part. Here they are.

Enjoy~!

Oh my Holy Shiron!!! This is simply amazing Ohjingoh! It just looks so real and professional! I love how you actually made the raised plaza and underground parking ramp! The buildings are just so surreal! I really like the LG Arts Center, the colors on that one are to die for! This is all just so amazing, you made the actual model so nice and cut and clean. You are one professional model maker! Again Great Job! I will just have to make this one once I have the time! I and my children approve!

WOW!!!!! This is too cool! Great job on these blocks! All the cladding's are perfect! The styles vary from building to building and that makes for a very colorful and interesting grouping of buildings. What continuously blows my mind though, is the shrubbery details you put in your bases! Even the bases themselves in general, look at the angles you've made for the base of N Seoul Tower, it gets very terrain-like at certain points where you've kept the others in very cool angles. It looks organic, as it would at the actual location. But the trees and bushes... they are THE BEST I've ever seen here! Not only have you accomplished variety, you've given them a sense of depth! And it makes it look so good!

Thank you so much for praise. I am very flattered . I am glad that you like the underground parking lamp and LG Arts Center. Actually I didn't planned making those, simply because of the worry that it might be too small. But I guess they came out okay and I am satisfied with them
For the colors, I spoid the colors from the picture of actual building and adjust them. And I prefer colors in low chroma, as they look more natural. Another tip is changing each and every windows color by clicking one by one. pick one color, slightly adjust brightness and make 3 or 4 colors. Then click each windows with different colors that you made. These small things will do a magic to your models.
Thank you again for your heart-warming compliments, and I am really looking forward to your Guangzhou project. I am also remaking your 30Rock recently as they didn't survie the humidity during the monsoon season in summer here And I see all the details you've put into the model and very enjoying making them.

Thank you for your compliments too Hanzie Your words litureally made me happy.
For the truth, I would like you to know that making a whole district was an idea from your Medison Square Garden model and MHX's models. I didn't have a chance to say it, but your models are great! They is on the 'must-make list' of my own. Especially Medison Square Garden Complex.

I am also glad that you like all the small details. I really had put lots of efforts in it. I thought no one would care about those details. And since you like my ground, trees and bushes cladding, I think this might be a good gift for you.

I made them with MS paint with spray tool. I hope you would like it.

They look realistic. Good job.

You make me to want to make existing buildings in my country and I'm trying to do it.

Thank you nitisit! I'm a fan of your enormous paper city.
And yes, you really should make existing buildings! First, you can share your models with other people. And second, you can let people know about your country.
I think I can help you. With your talent in forming the diagram and my skills in cladding, we could be a good partners!
Thank you again for your complements

Thank you And, as I said to Hanzie, my whole Gang-nam model was inspired by your models too! Your models are really detailed and I always wonder how can I make them as right as you did on your thread when I see them.

I use Google Earth too, but mostly map from Korean portals.

Here's the example. You know there's a measurement in Google Earth also, right?
