I actually haven't seen it so can't really comment. I have heard lots of good stuff about it - mostly from females, true - but I think the only movies I have seen with Brad Pitt are Meet Joe Black and Troy. That line has me curious. It could work if done well or it could fail abysmally and just end up being corny. Would you have thought differently if you weren't drunk? Like doll.

Hey if you guys aren't doing anything this friday night, come down to the Norfolk Basement. My band is having their Demo Launch...its from 8pm-12am. 3 bands and a DJ will be playing, and its $8, which includes a copy of the Demo.
We've recently put up some new songs, so check it out on www.myspace.com/placeofindigo currently about 150 people are coming, would be awesome to get a huge show happening...would really give us a good chance of playing @ Big Day Out and Good Vibes! Cheers, SD

Reminds me of Seinfeld. "You made out during Schindler's list?"

Coincidentally I had exactly the same reaction. Quite a talented actress. Now I think about it - there are quite a few other of her movies that moved me similarly.

So, what are the details for the Condor carpark art viewing (besides Sat night) (time, how do we get in, etc.)?

Hah.
To be honest, before I saw Meet Joe Black I always thought Brad Pitt was over-rated. Then I saw that and it changed my mind a bit although I do believe he was helped greatly by the stellar cast. But all the movies I have seen with him in, it was because of another actor. Meet Joe Black = Anthony Hopkins Troy = Orlando Bloom And I forgot another one - I have seen Seven but that was because of Morgan Freeman. Morgan Freeman and Anthony Hopkins are probably my top 2 male actors. Quote:
![]() I actually did want to see this but didn't because 1) No one wanted to see it with me; 2) I was scared I'd cry my eyes out.

I think he meant shirtless (topless) scenes with actresses, Gabs.
I'm looking forward to Public Enemies with Johnny Depp and Christian Bale. And I saw Harry Potter last night. After expecting to come out disappointed (as I have been since The Philosopher's Stone), I was actually really surprised. It was fantastic. Hermione used to always get on my nerves because she either overacted or used the same reaction/expression for every scene she was in but her character was really believable this time. The 153 minutes didn't seem long at all unlike some other movies *cough* Transformers *cough*. I cried. A lot.

That old man comment was for you meinsy :-P, bart just got in before me... I thought Harry Poter was a lil bit boring, not much was really going on, and it didnt really bring any of the characters into the story. oh well at least Voldermont will be back in the next movie...
