This is what I found online somewhere but it seems like some of the lines are different and missing. The 2 that I saw was Line 21 switched to Guangzhou South Station to Baietan instead of Yuancun to Zengcheng Square and its missing Knowledge City line.

The design of the new tram cars that will be part of the Haizhu Tram test line which runs between the Guangzhou Tower and Wanshangwei...

According to the GZ Metro weibo, it is a Siemens designed train, top speed is 70 km/h, and utilizes many green technologies to save energy including LED lighting, lightweight materials, among other things.

Will this Tram line run parallel to Line 8? Is it supposed to function almost like the APM line for better local access?

It's a bit huge. tram is the lowest type of light rail. Metro can be and indeed in many cases is a heavy rail system.

Yes tram is a kind of light rail. Some old metro trains look just like a tram i.e. Boston metro green line.

It runs mostly parallel on the North side along the Pearl river until the end when it swoops south to Wanshangwei. Will be great for going to the Beer Museum and Party Pier, another optional way to access Pazhou, and all the other future developments happening around the Pazhou exhibition center. Of course, this is merely a test for the future, if it is successful the government in Haizhu has plans to build a line circling all of Haizhu in the future, and continue to move away from relying on a bus system for local transportation.

The Boston green line is a historical line built in 1800s, one of the ancestors of all metro rails. We have to show some respect to it. It's also enjoyable taking it underground.

At the end it says the person who filmed it had a username that started with Chengdu so it could be Chengdu but we need real proof but I don't think this is in Guangzhou, if they don't allow eating and drinking (people still do, I do it sometimes.), I am pretty sure this isn't in GUangzhou

This is 100% not GZ, the benches are nothing like you'd see on the GZ Metro, and the next station chime is most definitely not from one of the trains.
