Note: Text decapitalized, as all-caps means yelling
Notice the color of line 7 has changed from magenta to lime. IIRC line 7 was to use 4-car trains and end head-to-head with Foshan line 2, but after the epic fail of line 6 they revised it to have 6-car trains, thus forcing Foshan line 2 to move into a terminus of its own. This also has an advantage, as now line 7 is being extended into Foshan.

Now I think, once the Changban-Xiangxue section opens it will be impossible to ride line 6 at certain hours. No wonder why this part is expected to split and become part of line 23 in the future. Seriously, they need to rebuild the current extent (Xunfenggang-Changban) even if it is only a few years old, it was a mistake to build it with such a low capacity.

277 km (thus behind nearby Shenzhen). This doesn't count the Guangzhou-Foshan line, or Foshan line 1, which will be at 34 km and I count entirely for Foshan despite having a section in Guangzhou. I'll do the other way round when line 7 gets extended into Foshan (all for Guangzhou).

The Guangfo Line is pretty much part of the Guangzhou Metro System.

Depends on how the Guangzhou-Foshan line is counted. I consider Foshan to have had its own metro since 2010 (when that line opened), however others won't consider that until 2019 when Foshan line 2 opens.

When is line 7 planned to be extended into Foshan?

Once the other two metro lines are opened in Foshan will the Guangfo line be counted as part of the system? At least the part of the Guangfo line that lies within Foshan.
