Now, I don’t know if this type of a/c require water chillers common to the building usually located in the roof and with the use of pipes running to each unit to pump cold water in each a/c unit. I don’t know. I’m not an expert in a/c. If so, then naturally this is not an option since Philippine condos don’t have water chillers common to the building.

Perhaps you are referring to what is commonly used in single detached homes in the U.S.A. & Canada, where an a/c box is installed outside the house, and using air-ducts pumping cold air to each room. I sure can put the box in my Philippine condo balcony, but the question is “is it allowed”. Probably not.
Yup even if it's going on your balcony, they probably still won't allow it. Water chillers are also not a normal/usual feature in Philippine residential buildings, more for office buildings daw, (so I've been told). Better check with the developer na lang what type of A/C options they'll allow you to put in your unit and expand your search from there. Btw I thought airconditioners are included in the Bellagio units. Is this not the case anymore?

sorry for the confusion. Our future unit is at 8 Forbestown Road and is still being constructed at the moment. Only provisions for the a/c is included & not the actual a/c, as far as I know.

Thanks for mentioning this. I could have sworn asking this question to my sales agent a year and a half ago, and was told it's only provisions. Perhaps he was mistaken at that time. I'll make another inquiry.

Condos adjacent to the golf course with a westerly view have the added bonus of having the best view in BGC. The view of the manicured green lawn just below you induces serenity to the senses. Try eating your breakfast at your balcony early in the morning while the morning dew still hangs in the air and blankets the golf course while the sunbeam starts to come out, and you will know what serenity means in the midst of an urban setting. The Makati skyline about 2 kilometres away is just perfect to look at especially at night with its scintillating city lights at a distance. Did you enjoy the display of fireworks last New Year’s eve? Must be an unforgettable thrill and indelibly impressed in your brain that you would not want to miss it next New Year, huh? To have buildings up close like across the street and blocking your view gives you a feeling of a claustrophobic urban concrete jungle that shatter the nerves and fry your senses, slowly but surely. You can be assured this will never be for the rest of your life. How about the magnificent view of Manila de Bay at sunset gleaming at a distance and you have a front center view? Wow! Soothingly magnificent! What else can I say?

Yup so lucky are the ones who possess such unobstructed views as seen out from a handful of these very exclusive condo tower units. The view of Manila Golf, Makati Skyline and beyond is simply BEAUTIFUL & PRICELESS!

Yeah, nice view but I am afraid I will only be able to enjoy the view, and not play there. Dang, I’m gonna have to travel further out to play in a nice course. Anyone here can share, where they play golf?
