Haven't had any meal for like nearly 24 hours, with my only drink being a venti peppermint hot chocolate from Starbucks earlier in the morning. And as I went home, I swung by a KFC to have a Doublicious Chicken Sandwich with thick-cut steak fries.

I just didn't realize that on some days, I don't eat for over 12 hours, and I sometimes don't stop to have a drink of water. Perhaps I'll make another bowl of corned beef hash... This time, I would like to call on spearhead because I'll use the real Purefoods Corned Beef, flown in from the Philippines.

I opened my Christmas box from back home, and ate three delicious Maid of Honour tarts that my sister baked for me!

Wait... You opened your Christmas box this early? I thought gifts aren't to be opened until the 25th? :p

Anyways, here's my lunch: corned beef hash. This time...

The corned beef straight from the Philippines is used:

My family are big cheaters in this department. My oldest sister is the only one that is under the delusion that any of us wait to open up Christmas parcels! hehe.... plus, I knew this one had tarts in it, so I wanted to get them out and into the fridge.

your corned beef hash looks excellent!

Growing up. my Mom always made a point of telling us that the gifts were in her closet "so you can go and see what is there if you want to ruin your Christmas". To the best of my knowledge, none of us ever looked. God, that woman was good!

Wise mum.

You write "was", I hope it is not what I think you mean but if so and she isn't there anymore: may she be in heaven and guide everybody who need healthy good advice.
