Kampflamm you're a great photographer, thanks for all the pics you post here (not only of Italian cities, I love your Bratislava thread). I'd be happy if one day you visit my hometown Genova, it would be very interesting to see it through your eyes and lenses!
By the way, IMHO Turin is much nicer than Milan, and not only through your pics!

Thanks. Genoa really looks interesting. Maybe I'll make it across the Alps next year again, who knows. Its location and its architecture definitely appears to be quite "appetizing." You Italians really are quite lucky to have so many great cities in one country.

Oh, old Vittorio Emanuele ponument... It would've been nice to see how Italy would look today if it was still a kingdom, but too bad that their royal family ended up being so bad . Anyways, great pics .

Berlusconi is more entertaining than any royal family could ever be.

Milano, camera del Lavoro

I lived in Milan for a few years.

This is the "Camera del Lavoro", an example of fascist architecture

everybody says that.
but after you've seen even just a few monuments and streets of Torino, you'll change your mind =)

trust me.
it's always like this.

for decades people have thought that Torino would be forever the city of FIAT and industry. Now it's many many other things.

And, btw... Nutella is from Alba

Well at least Monument of Vittorio Emanuele in Milan is better than in Turin. For me, it is strange. In Milan he is respected more than in Turin?
