yes, the observation deck is located at 85 m in the "temple" of the mole antonelliana.

you can reach it through an internal lift from which you can see also the cinema museum.

unfortunately you can't reach the top of the mole (167.5 m) because it is not secure since there are 365 steps inside the pinnacle of the monument and the external space is very very narrow under the star at the top .

but are you curious about what you can see from there??
here it is (thanks marmox )

I sadly didn't go to the observation deck. The weather was never really right for it.

Kampflamm, may I ask you a question?
Was it you the one I saw few days ago taking pictures in Turin exactly in via Chianocco (close to Corso Racconigi) to a garden in between a series of houses of the post-war period?
I'm asking this because while I was coming back from work by bike I saw a man taking those pictures I mentioned and I found interesting to see someone taking pictures with such a nice camera to that spot wich is not one of the most famous places, let's say, in Turin!

I had a look at a map and I can tell you that I didn't take any shots in that area.

Kampfy is a photoghost, you can't see him. No matter how hard you try.

Sorry, only now I unserstand how foolish the illusion of seeing him was!

P.S. It would have been a nice coincidence though!

I'm asking this becouse the statue is quite similar (but not identical) to the one below, which is placed in Milan just in front of church Santa Croce, representing Emperor Constantine the Great with, in his right hand, the Edict of Milan. The same statue is visible in my avatar (I used another pic though). It is in my neighborhood .
Thanx again and ... ciao!!!

Ghepas: The first one is in front of the Basilica di San Lorenzo, if I'm not wrong. I also know the other one, is in front of the church in which I made all my catholic path.... We live in the same area

Kampflamm: you took pictures in Torino with, how can I say, more variety of subject. In Milano you put your attention only on Duomo, Centrale, Scala e San Lorenzo. Have you been here (Milano) only for one o two days?

Nice pictures! Congratulations!

I spent a day in Milan and 4 in Turin which kind of explains the variety of the Turin pics. I'll try to look for some more Milan pics though.
