Good question. Maybe the Norwegian Consulate (seems to be in there) wanted to renovate it and they just ran out of money.

For the visit of the "Bureau International des Expositions", you know the 2015 Expo..., the municipality did a full tag-wash around the city, ut just the tags, so nothing above the 2m from the sidewalk as been cleaned.
Than we have double color buildings everywere.

Ihr Deutsch ist sehr gut.

Yeah, I really liked Turin and took more pics there simply because I spent more time in Turin than in Milan. It's a fantastic city though and luckily it's not overrun with tourists. All that great architecture, the mountains, a nice river...
