போக்குவரத்து துறை அமைச்சர் நேரு பேசியதாவது:இந்தியாவில் மிக குறைந்த கட்டணத்தில், தமிழகத்தில் மட்டுமே பஸ்கள் இயக்கப்படுகின்றன; கட்டணங்களை உயர்த்தாத பட்சத்தில், சலுகை வழங்க இயலாது. கடந்தாண்டில், 12 சதவீத உயர்வு என்பதே 200 கோடி ரூபாய் செலவாக இருந்தது; தற்போதைய நிலவரப்படி 420 கோடி இருந்தால்தான் செலவை ஈடுகட்ட முடியும். 240 மணி நேர வேலை என்ற அடிப்படையில், 2,000 பேர் புதிதாக வேலைக்கு சேர்க்கப்பட்டுள்ளனர்; பணி நேரம், 25 ஆண்டுகளில் மூன்று முறை பதவி உயர்வில், கடைசி பத்தாண்டுகளில் பதவி உயர்வு வழங்க கோரிக்கை வைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. புதிய ஓய்வூதிய திட்டத்தில் உள்ள ஊதிய முரண்பாட்டை களைய வேண்டும் என கோரப்பட்டுள் ளது.கோரிக்கைகள் குறித்த அனைத்தும் பேச்சளவில் உள்ளது; வரும் 20ம் தேதி முதல்வர் முன்னிலையில் இறுதி முடிவெடுத்து அறிவிக்கப்படும். இந்த ஒப்பந்தம் மூலம், மற்ற துறைகளை விட அதிக சம்பளம் பெறும் வாய்ப்பு வருங்காலத்தில் உள்ளது. முன்பு 16 ஆயிரம் பஸ்களுடன், ஏழு போக்குவரத்து கழகங்கள் இருந்தன;

தற்போது 20 ஆயிரம் பஸ்கள், ஒன்பது போக்குவரத்து கழகங்களாக உயர்த்தப்பட்டுள்ளன. பஸ்களின் எண்ணிக்கையை அதிகரித்து, டிரைவர், கண்டக்டர்கள் மற்றும் அலுவலர்கள் அதிகளவில் உயர்த்தப்பட்டுள்ளனர்.கடந்த ஐந்தாண்டுகளில் 20 ஆயிரம் பஸ்களில், 15 ஆயிரம் புதிய பஸ்களாக ஓடுகின்றன; ஜன., மாத இறுதிக்குள், மேலும் 3,000 பஸ்கள் பயன்பாட்டுக்கு வர உள்ளன. 45 ஆயிரம் பேர், புதிதாக பணியில் சேர்க்கப்பட்டுள்ளனர். 1,200 தொழில்நுட்ப பணியாளர்கள் அமர்த்தப்பட உள்ளனர். வரும் 20ம் தேதி அறிவிக்க உள்ள ஒப்பந்தத்தில், போக்குவரத்து கழக தொழிலாளர்கள் மகிழும்படியான சம்பள உயர்வு இருக்கும்.இவ்வாறு, நேரு பேசினார்.

கலெக்டர் சமயமூர்த்தி, மேயர் செல்வராஜ், எம்.எல்.ஏ., கோவிந்தசாமி, உழவர் உழைப்பாளர் கட்சி தலைவர் செல்லமுத்து உட்பட பலர் பங்கேற்றனர். திருப்பூர் மண்டல பொதுமேலாளர் செல்வராஜ் நன்றி கூறினார்.பரிசளிப்பு: 25 ஆண்டுகள் விபத்தின்றி பஸ்சை இயக்கிய டிரைவர்கள் எட்டு பேருக்கு தங்க பதக்கம், தலா 20 ஆயிரம் ரூபாய் பரிசு வழங்கப்பட்டது. 20 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு மேல் விபத்தின்றி ஓட்டிய 101 டிரைவர்களுக்கு தலா 15 ஆயிரம் ரூபாய்; 15 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு மேல் விபத்தின்றி ஓட்டிய 149 டிரைவர்களுக்கு தலா 10 ஆயிரம் ரூபாய் என 258 பேருக்கு, 14.90 லட்சம் ரூபாய் பரிசளிக்கப்பட்டது.

Some good news for Western TN and TNSTC-CBE.

Depots given to Tirupur region
From CBE: Tirupur, Palani, Palladam and Udumalpet
From Erode: Tirupur, Palani, Dharapuram and Kangeyam.

This will help us in 2 ways. Tirupur area will get more visibility.. Also CBE region can focus mainly on CBE and neary by areas.

Palani has 2 depots from tirupur region, even the main operator DGL region of TNSTC-MDU has only one depot there..

We need Nilgiri region back. Not sure whether Nilgiri region exists or not.. still im in confusion because the buses are getting registered under TN43.. Soon i expecting to spot TN39/42 registered buses from Tirupur region..

No Need to stop any of those services.. They can change the timings a bit and operate. My only problem is the PLN-UDT-POY-CBE route.. Till date only CBE region buses were there in these routes and there were no timing issues.. After new region formation, POY/Ukkadam depot special buses has to wait in Palani and Palani depot special buses have to wait in POY and CBE for timings.. lets see how these guys solve the issues.. Even for smaller works PLN(CBE region) depot sends the buses to POY workshops. New tirupur region is left with Udumalpet workshop alone.. But Udumalpet workshop is busy in building truck for TN fireservices...

Right Sir timing is the main problem in all the TNSTC's On my travel a conductor told that Kovai Singanallur is the best place for timings. They gave equal time to all the depot buses, Maximum 10 mins it will help to fill the buses, but in arapalyam one will go after the other to kovai, is it right sir or the same timing problem is continuing there also....

You are almost right. There were few misses too.. But they will not allow any driver(All TNSTCs) to start buses before right time.

Scenario at arapalayam is completely different.. i witnessed that many times..

TNSTC is increasing the operational and fixed cost by forming new divisions. They need to do something to scale up their revenue. Else, TNSTC also is not going to survive. Merely increasing the number of buses is not going to help.
Exactly thats what ADMK was doing; Decreasing fixed costs. But, DMK is always in looting money; forming new divisions.

Only a few years ago all Pandian,Pallavan,Cholan and Cheran etc. were unified to cut cost and to prevent social unrest. They have gone back to give employment to well wishers.

Same has been done regarding Anna University and expanding Districts. One thing I hate is this expansion of Govt. activity.

Many bus routes like 125- ondipudur to idayar palayam have been stopped without giving enough warm up period for establishing route. TNSTC-cbe really s**ks and lack vision in improving city routes.

Expansion = Fleet + Profit increases. But, here only the fleet size keeps on increasing. So, TNSTC cannot be termed as expansion.

But regarding the case of Anna University, it is expansion. Coz, a single Anna University, cannot manage 504 colleges alone. So, Anna University at Tiruchi, Coimbatore and Madurai were bought up.

திருப்பூர் மண்டல போக்குவரத்து அலுவலகத்தில் திருப்பூரில் உள்ள சி.டி.சி. டெப்போ, ஜீவா டெப்போ, பழனியில் உள்ள 2 டெப்போ, தாராபுரம், காங்கயம், உடுமலை, பல்லடம் ஆகிய இடங்களில் உள்ள தலா ஒரு டெப்போ என மொத்தம் 8 டெப்போக்களை இணைத்து புதிய மண்டல அலுவலகம் அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

இதன் பொது மேலாளராக செல்வராஜ் நியமிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளார். புதிய மண்டல அலுவலக திறப்பு விழா, புதிய வழித்தட தொடக்க விழா, புதிய பஸ்கள் இயக்க விழா மற்றும் முதல்- அமைச்சர் சிறப்பு திட்டத்தின் கீழ் விபத்தின்றி பணி புரிந்த டிரைவர்களுக்கு வெகுமதி மற்றும் பதக்கம் வழங்கும் விழா நாளை (வெள்ளிக்கிழமை) காலை 10 மணிக்கு நடக்கிறது.

திருப்பூர் காங்கயம் ரோடு தமிழ்நாடு அரசு போக்குவரத்து கழக வளாகத்தில் நடைபெறும். இந்த விழாவுக்கு அமைச்சர் சாமிநாதன் தலைமை தாங்குகிறார். கலெக்டர் சமயமூர்த்தி, மேயர் செல்வராஜ், கோவிந்தசாமி எம்.எல்.ஏ. ஆகியோர் முன் னிலை வகிக்கிறார்கள்.

புதிய மண்டல அலுவலகத்தை தமிழக போக்குவரத்துத்துறை அமைச்சர் கே.என். நேரு தொடங்கி வைக்கிறார். பின்னர் புதிய வழித்தடம், புதிய பஸ்களை தொடங்கி வைத்து டிரைவர்களுக்கு பதக்கங்களை வழங்குகிறார். தொடக்க விழாவின் போது 30 புதிய பஸ்கள் திருப்பூர் மண்டலத்துக்கு வழங்கப்படுகிறது.
