I want a city hall as massive and impressive as that! I loved that building since i saw it for the 1st time. 2nd favourite in Tokyo after Roppongi Hills Mori Tower (IMO)!!

I hate it.It's too massive and the facade looks like a prison.I would prefer having 2 towers without the lower part connectin both. |
