8.5/ 10 My favorite of all city halls in the world. This is truly a landmark worthy of tokyo. this should be a banchmark for all future towers. Harkens back to the middle ages when a city was built around a governmential palace. the height is fantastic as are the two tower design. I wish this were in NYC
