I don't think it qualifies because there is a crane still on top of the building.

skyscrapers.com has been up 'n down like a yo-yo recently. Pics are now visible.

Awesome looking (as in tall); certainly looks its 810ft. Oafish in form and it almost looks like a KPF design i.e. the round-meets-square thang! Great night shot.

Does it come in any colours other than beige or grey?

7.5

This really succeeds in its vertical element. I like the cylindrical portion best. The facade is a bit weak though.

must be better if the cylinder part is levelled w/ the rectangular part IMO.

Good soaring height, and I like the glass curtain walls on the cylinder, which is well-proportioned and graceful, but the facade on the other part of the buildng isn't that great, and some setbacks might be nice (I know -pick, pick, pick!)
I'll give it 8/10

I rate this 10/10! Its just beautiful!!! This is one building that should have won the Skyscrapers.com 2001 Awards but it wasn't given much exposure for the users to appreciate it.....

And Francis, Citygate is not the only building that has the same basic architectural style as the Robinsons-Equitable Tower. There is a building in Frankfurt whose name I can't remember that has a similar style as well.

It is quite gorgeous, indeed. Simplicity, with cylindrical elegance, can win out pretty easily. 9.
