I'm still looking for a building that manages to successfully combine a round tower with another building with right angles. I'm afraid this one also fails my test (can it be done?).
Also, the shiny fassade of the round part must be downright blinding in the bright sun of Israel! ![]() Nonetheless, 7. |

Too many decorative elements applied to its exterior. Nice to see that the windows can actually be opened (alas, that's the only interesting aspect about it).

Slim and cylindrical... not bad at all..
However it strikes me why the crown is lit with purple.. I think someother colour would better! 8.5/10
