i got some pictures of primavera while i was in SM yesterday. theyre currently selling their condo units. im currently uploading them. youll have to excuse the quality of the pictures. my cell camera was the only thing available at my disposal during that time.

I was able to talk to Shim Suan, one of Primavera's real estate practitioner. He said that Primavera's construction has already started. The site is already fenced and they're currently working on the basement area. The construction's duration is 18 months. They will turn over the sold units to the owners on February 2012. Most of the units facing Mastersons Avenue are already sold. Amenities include a fitness gym and a swimming pool at the third floor.
