Kabalo ko noy. But not all synonyms are appropriate. If we talk about syntax, it may sound awkward. It could have been simply stated, "The question that you presented." Simple. Ngano man gyud lugar lisod lisoron.

It sounds awkward to you because you're only familiar with the filipino english which is more patterned with the american english. Other countries uses different syntax, words, etc...
