Great location. Cliffs and waterbodies, and a skyline slowly emerging

You can see Artech's project on the left side of the lake. So the cluster of highrises on the right (SFS Cyber Palms, Heera Infocity, Skyline Domain etc) would also be seen.

What? I don't know much whats happening in Trivandrum. I don't bother posting here (or Chennai & TN forums) much because there is so many forumers pretty much everything is posted. That's why I spend most of my time in forums with almost no forumers like Kochi.

Was it I who mentioned about the 48 floor project?? I think it was somebody else. I do not remember it exactly now. I think one of our Trivandrum forumer who is in the building materials industry got to see some plans with Architects and he then told us.

Heera has land banks still north, in and around Techncity area. Infact I had also gone to those areas many times with brokers and real estate consultants that side. We can expect Heera to launch a taller tower that side.
