Hi Guys

I have booked an apartment in Tower2,it seems booking is happening very fast and i been told will get 17/18 and by the time of booking got only 15th floor ,but still looks a fair deal for me.I booked the lake view side (actually it is a sea view ) ,but the other side is also good (mountain view). Now there is some acceleration in the progress..hope will continue with same pace.I had been in the work site once and the infrastructure around is building up...if every thing is going well ,dreams would be a nice buy! fingers crossed.

Hi rnair.

I have not seen the site. Still placed a token advance to book a flat on Tower 2 thinking that it will be a bargain. Wanted to take sea view, but they offered me below 11th floor only on Tower 2. So I had to go for the other side Floor 23.

Have no idea how that side looks. Could you just guide me on the view towards that side.?

What's the price u paid .?

I would suggest to go and have a look, but still that wont give you right feel of how the sight would be from an elevation..for that i have visited the Heera towers(|| to dreams) and had a look..so opposite to lake view you will get a mountain view(actually muesuem direction i guess) .

What is the sq feet rate told by you(shall i ask you)?

2750/sq. ft. for flats in Tower II. I think the flats are equally prized. You may contact them directly for details. In tower II, all available flats (facing sea) are below 20th floor.
Piling works for tower III is also started.

Recently there was a news item regarding the number of floors one can construct in Kerala. In that news, central govt. has allowed to construct up to 18 floors only in Kerala state. Recently the Kerala govt. has requested for a revival. Has anyone got any idea about it.

I think that is the reason why they are slow in work. They might be waiting for approval before to go beyond 18 floors. How can they sell if the law says only till 18 floors. Strange.

For a long time the prices have been the same.

There is no such rule, AFAIK, the height of a building is constrained only by the AAI regulations, FAR available and plot coverage.

Not Good

May be the moderator is taking advice from Mr. Kapil Sibal and removing comments which didnt harm anyone but raised genuine concerns. Come On.

Screening is good, but then if we discuss some general problems without hurting the 'feelings' of any builder, I do not know why the moderator deleted all earlier postings. Perhaps there are agents from the builders' side too among the registered users in these forums who may be intrested to keep their interest intact.

Gentlemen, this is a forum to discuss about the progress and technical aspects of projects not a discussion forum for buyers. There are many buyers here who own apartments in various projects in Trivandrum, including yours truly. But we do not divert from the purpose of the forum to discuss issues and concerns. Your concerns are very genuine but this is simply not the right forum to discuss them. I hope this makes things clear. None of the Mods favor one builder or the other but they do want to keep SSC on track and clutter free. Thanks you.

Progress of what, You mean the Heera Group or the Project. What Technical aspect has been discussed for this project in this blog till now. I didn't read anything to that till now. I do appreciate that Forum should be clutter free but buyers(potential/existing) make up for the majority of posts on this blog. Buyers are more worried than reading your comments about Technical aspects, Water etc. Project Launched in 2008, reached 4th floor of Tower1 by end of 2011. With this speed the tower will finish in 2015.

Performance of a builder is not only measured in quality of the product/price but also his execution speed, which I seem is lacking here.
