ganda na pala ngayon dyan... nakapunta ako dyan mga 2009 for vacation di pa yata bukas yung robinson... hope to go back dyan ulit...

just wanna share....

Last Sunday (October 16) i went to Robinson and when i go home i decided to follow the route (see with arrow) at the back of the mall.

The Valdez Center Masterplan

And i had seen stocks of concrete posts/piles in a series at both road shoulder along the way, aabot hangang kabilang dulo ng mall/harap ng Balai condo.

According to wiki, piles are used for deep foundation usually ginagamit daw sa high rise development.

It seems VENVI is preparing for another high rise development and what could it be?

yung Venvi Microtel and Casino kaya which is expected to be bigger than Fort Ilocandia Resort Hotel FIRHC and Casino(FIRHC has 280 rooms)

or the BALAI Condo (20 story each)Towers 2 and 3

or ano kayang development?
Well, only VENVI has the answers to these

Name of this place is "crap". They should've thought a more catchy name other than "The Center" (GRRRRR). Makes me think of the old clinic along Payas Road.
