Tbite, great news. Lagos needs hundreds of such high-rises and even higher, the more the better...build till you drop! make away poverty by building like mad,,,by modernizing the cityscape.

I cannot get enough of these projects, lovely...more, please!

Even a thousand of those won't be enough a city with a population as that of Lagos - Nigeria. They arpartments on the images are more like condos!

Great pictures,I also love the fact they have taking the time to really design the building's well,the achitectural designs are awesome,kudos to the developers,keep up the good work..

Lol - But can the poor man afford this apartments - with prices starting from 20Mill if not more.

The project is envisioned by the Lebanese for Lagos. It isn't clear if this going to get beyond this level of construction. Lagos needs to sell its boyant housing market beyond the Africa and mideast to get the best out of constructions. This is where the Eko Atlantic City needs to be carefully monitored for the best construction works.

Thats is absurd.

The largest concentration of such development is probably in the Middle East.

Even Lebanon has its share of grand projects.

I agree with you. Is it not the governments responsibility to provide social housing. The investors of these blocks are looking for optimum profits. It all economic. I just wish people will leave investors alone and not take them through this guilt trip al the time.
