Ciao berlino

Hello to everyone, i'm italian and i'll be in berlin in august for the second time in ma life, I'll be with a photographer friend so we would like to see some cool places, specially new architecture of course and decay places or places not yet restored, any suggestion?
If you can give me some suggestion or "key words" i'll look for information in the web, it would be appreciated!

Baut der eigentlich auch was? Der sitzt in vielen Kommissionen, aber baut der auch was? Der ist schließlich andauernd in Berlin.
Hab nur das hier gefunden

Kann noch jemand die Villen von Grassi posten, die dieser in Berlin entworfen hat. Auch Rossi hat noch ein paar Sachen gemacht.
