Flašar House, designed by the architect Milutin Borisavljević, was built in 1932, originally as a single-storey family house rectangular in plan and symmetrical in layout. In 1936 the house was purchased by Ignjat Flašar, who had added an upper floor over one half of the house following Borisavljević’s design, while leaving the other half apart for a terrace.

The house of the Czech engineer Rihard Škarka, director of the Belgrade branch of the Bank of Prague, was built in 1926-1927, as a representative urban villa. The house was designed by architect Dragiša Brašovan, one of the leading personalities in Serbian architecture between the two world wars. The villa is an example of the Belgrade middle-class urban architecture and one of Brašovan’s premodernist works. It currently houses the Belarus embassy.

Stevka Milićević’s villa, built in 1929/30 after a design by the Krstić brothers (Petar and Branko), is sited amid a landscaped garden on a sizeable lot in one of the oldest streets in the elite residential zone of Dedinje. Designed in the early modern style with academic reminiscences, in terms of spatial organization it corresponds to the usual interwar design of family mansions arranged on free, non-standardized plans.

The residential building of Dr. Zdravko Đurić, built in 1934 by architect Branislav Kojić. It is also known as the Swissair Building. One year after its completion, the house was rewarded for its beautiful façade and afterwards served as model to the modernist architects in their designs of residential buildings.

A 7 storey garage in Athens, build in 1938. Apart from its modern architectural style, it was modern in every other way. Car wash (in & out, even under the car thanks to the hydraulic lifts) , gas station, oil change, new tyres, were some of the services offered. Known as the "Apergis Bros Garage", located at Kolonaki district, very close to town center. Designed by architect Renos Koutsouris.

1937 "Vtssps Buidling" in Moscow, Russia. Quite cool looking but I have not been able to find any more information about it. Are anyone familiar with it?

Edit: It's the Labor Palace of Trade Unions. Here it is today:
